§ 11-20. Grounds for refusal or revocation.

The finance director may refuse to issue a license or shall take measures to revoke a license for any of the following reasons:
(1)

It has been determined that the business is in violation of the zoning laws, building and/or fire codes.

(2)

The applicant misrepresented a fact relevant to the amount of tax due or his qualification for a license.

(3)

The applicant refuses to provide information necessary to compute the amount of the tax due.
