§ 12-21. Register of occupants.

There shall be kept, by any person operating a mobile home park, a book register upon which the owner or person in control of an automobile and mobile home, upon arrival, shall register his name and address and all persons using the mobile home, the date of arrival, and the license plate numbers of the automobile and mobile home, together with the name of the state issuing such license. Such register shall be available at all times for inspection by representatives of the police department and the county health department.
