§ 13-2. Obedience to chapter; penalty.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this chapter.

(b)

If any person shall violate a provision of this chapter regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, he shall be responsible for an infraction and, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
