§ 13-194. Hours and days when operation required.

Parking meters installed as provided in this division shall be operated every day between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays. For the purpose of this division the word "holiday" shall include the following days only: New Year's Day, the Friday before Easter, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
