§ 13-248. Backing.
Latest version.
The driver of a vehicle shall not back the vehicle into any intersection, or over a crosswalk, and shall not in any event or at any place back a vehicle unless such movement can be made in safety and he has given ample warning to those who may be behind by hand and horn or other signal.
