  § 13-357. Parking limited to two hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of section 13-96, the parking of vehicles shall be limited to two (2) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and holidays, on the following streets or portions of streets within the city:

    Annandale St. North From Henderson St. easterly to a point 400 feet from Henderson St.
    Bank North From Church St. to a point 250 feet east of Church St.
    Church St. East From Fisher St. to Bank St.
    From Innes St. to Liberty St.

    Council St. North From Depot St. east to the railroad track
    South From 160 feet east of Main St. to Lee St.
    Both From Main St. to Church St.
    Depot St. East From a point 150 feet north of Liberty St. to Kerr St.
    Fisher South From Main St. to a point 153 feet west of Main St.
    From a point 195 feet west of Main St. to Jackson St.
    Both From Main St. to Lee St.
    Innes St. Both From Church St. to the Southern Railway Bridge
    Jackson West From a point 128 feet north of Fisher St. to a point 187 feet north of Fisher St.
