§ 13-364. Same—Authority to designate spaces for rent and other regulations.

The city manager is hereby authorized to designate which spaces in any of the lots listed in section 13-362 may be rented for the exclusive use of city customers and to issue parking regulations for all spaces that are not rented to customers as well the regulations for spaces exclusively rented to city customer.
