§ 14-31. Adoption of Ringelmann Smoke Chart.

Latest version.

For the purpose of grading the density of smoke, the Ringelmann Smoke Chart, as published and used by the United States Geological Survey, shall be the standard of comparison and is hereby adopted as the official standard for the city.
