§ 16-1. Fees for use of recreation programs and facilities.

Subject to the provisions of this chapter, fees for the use of the city's recreation programs and facilities shall be made in accordance with a resident and nonresident user fee policy recommended by the parks and recreation advisory board and approved by the city council.
