§ 1-4. Provisions considered as continuations of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same as those of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Salisbury, North Carolina of 1977, and all ordinances adopted subsequent to such Code and included herein, shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.
