§ 22-16. Placement of subdivision identification markers in right-of-way.

  • A temporary permit may be issued by the city traffic engineer for the erection of identification markers on the city's right-of-way at or near the entrance to subdivisions. Any temporary permit issued by the city traffic engineer will stipulate the owner's recognition that such identification marker is within the street right-of-way and that, at such time as utilization of the right-of-way on which the marker rests is necessary, the owner will remove such marker at his expense.
