§ 22-81. Maintenance and repairs.

Responsibility for maintenance and repairs to driveway entrances or exits shall rest with the property owner. Upon receipt of a notice to repair damaged pavement, the property owner shall make the necessary repairs within sixty (60) days in accordance with the requirements set forth in this article.
