§ 22-101. Establishment of system.

The city engineer or his authorized representative shall establish and maintain a property numbering system and shall assign property numbers and street names as may be required for an orderly and utilitarian street address and property location scheme throughout the city. He shall cause adequate maps and supporting data to be maintained, such maps and data to be available for public inspection in his offices at all reasonable times.
