§ 24-27. Meetings.

The tree board shall adopt rules for transaction of its business and shall keep a public record of its members' attendance and of its resolutions, discussions, findings and recommendations. The tree board shall set a regular schedule for meetings and the chairman may call a special meeting upon request of a majority of the members of the board. A majority of the members or four (4) members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
