§ 24-51. Protection during construction.

Any person who is erecting, repairing, altering or removing any building or structure shall place a guard or protector around any tree on public property so as to prevent injury to such tree. If these activities require the trimming, pruning or removal of any tree located on public property, a written permit shall be obtained from the landscape manager.
