§ 25-39. Water and sewer flat rate customers.

(a)

All flat rate water and sewer customers shall be charged based on the rates in schedules C, D and E.

(b)

Flat rate water customers without meters shall be required to install meters at their expense.

(c)

If water service is not available to a flat rate sewer customer, a meter must be installed at the customer's expense on his water supply in order to comply with subsection (a) of this section. Existing flat rate sewer customers shall be charged based on the flat rate charge in schedule E.
