§ 25-105. Construction at city's expense—Generally.

The cost of all water or sewer main extensions which are constructed by the city, at its own expense, in order to close any gap between existing mains, or preparatory to the paving of any street, or to extend water or sewer mains to territory contiguous to the corporate limits of the city to be annexed to the corporate limits of the city, or for any other purpose, shall be assessed in the manner provided for in section 25-106, to any persons connecting to such mains, for the privilege of making such connections.
