§ 25-156. Declaration of water emergency.

The city manager or his designee, after consultation with the city council, is authorized to declare that a water emergency exists. Depending on the severity of the emergency, voluntary (level I), mandatory (level I), mandatory (level II), mandatory (level III) or mandatory (level IV) staged water use restrictions as described in this article shall be imposed upon water customers.
