§ 2-4. Alcohol sales on Sunday.

The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the corporate limits of the City of Salisbury on Sundays beginning at 10:00 a.m. for sale at all premises having a valid ABC permit issued under N.C.G.S. §18B-1001.
