§ 2-21. Regular meetings.

Regular meetings of the city council shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the council room at City Hall, 217 South Main Street, unless otherwise designated; provided, however, that when any such date shall fall on a holiday observed by the city, the meeting shall be held on the next following business day.
