§ 4-52. Application.

(a)

Application for a permit required by the provisions of this division shall be made to the city council and filed with the city clerk on forms prescribed by the city manager. Such forms shall be so prepared as to supply the information which will enable the council to approve or disapprove the application in question.

(b)

At the time of the filing of the application, the applicant shall pay to city clerk an application investigation fee as established in the fee schedule adopted by city council each fiscal year for such location or address where it is proposed that such pool hall be permitted. If the permit is denied, such fee will not be refunded.
