§ 5-80. Rowan County Animal Control Ordinance adopted.

Pursuant to G.S. 153A-122, the city has adopted, in its entirety, the Rowan County Animal Control Ordinance, as amended from time to time by the Rowan County Board of Commissioners, which has been and will be deemed adopted as a resolution of the city. Such ordinance shall be in full force and effect to the same extent as if set out at length in this section. The ordinance shall be in effect within the city's corporate limits. A copy of the Rowan County Animal Control Ordinance is appended to this Code.
