§ 6-1. Definitions.

  • The following words and phrases shall, for the purposes of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:

    Acrobatic flying means any intentional airplane maneuver or stunt not necessary to air navigation, or operation of aircraft, in such manner as to endanger human life or safety by the performance of unusual or dangerous maneuvers.

    Aircraft means any aeroplane, airplane, helicopter, gas bag, flying machine, balloon, or any contrivance now known or hereafter invented, used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air.
