§ 8-2. Duties of public services director.

The public services director or his designee shall have control over all city cemeteries. He shall supervise the digging of all graves and all interments and disinterments in the cemeteries. He shall also keep adequate records of the sale of cemetery grave spaces and the ownership thereof and records of all interments and disinterments in city cemeteries.
