§ 8-76. Supervision of construction; enforcement of division.

It shall be the duty of the public services director or his designee to supervise the construction of all monuments, markers, mausoleums and memorials in Memorial Park Cemetery, and it shall be his duty to see that all regulations in this division are complied with.
