§ 9.10. Lease of property.

Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 160A-272, the city council may, in its discretion, lease city-owned property for such terms and upon such conditions as the council may determine, including terms of more than ten (10) years without the necessity of following any procedures other than those required by G.S. 160A-272 for leases of ten (10) years or less.
