§ 10-1. Housing code established, title.

There are hereby established rules and regulations for the repair or elimination of unfit and/or unsafe housing conditions in the City of Salisbury, North Carolina, which shall be known as "The Housing Code of the City of Salisbury," and will be referred to hereafter as "Code."
