§ 13-14. Riding on handlebars, frame, etc., of motorcycle or bicycle.

The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle, when upon a street, shall not carry any person upon the handlebars, frame or tank of such motorcycle or bicycle, nor shall any person so ride upon such motorcycle or bicycle.
