§ 13-165. Operator's duties when leaving vehicle unattended.

  • No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow such vehicle to stand on any street unattended without first effectively setting the brakes thereon and stopping the motor of such vehicle and, when standing upon any grade, without turning the front wheels of such vehicle to the curb or side of the street.
