§ 13-166. Moving out from parked position.

When a vehicle parked by the curb is moved, such vehicle so parked shall be moved out in the direction in which headed or, if the vehicle is parked at an angle with the curb, it shall be backed out on that angle until it has cleared the other vehicles and shall then proceed in the direction in which it is most nearly headed.
