§ 23-54. Issuance.

(a)

After determination that the applicant satisfactorily meets the requirements set out in this article, the chief of police may issue a taxicab driver's permit.

(b)

Such permit shall be of a design and contain information prescribed by the chief of police and approved by the city manager.
