§ 25-110. Construction in areas outside of extraterritorial planning jurisdiction.

Those areas outside of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city desiring water and sewer service must enter into an agreement with the city for those services, at which time they will be required to comply with the city requirements for those areas within the extraterritorial jurisdiction such as the city's subdivision ordinance.
