§ 25-302. General provisions.

(a)

Consistent with G.S. 130A-317(d)(6) the SRU water system is capable at any appropriate time of being interconnected with an expanding municipal, county or regional system.

(b)

Consistent with G.S. 130A-317(d)(7) the City of Salisbury has demonstrated commitment to the continued operation, service, and maintenance of the SRU water system. This commitment is accomplished via proper system planning, management, financing and staffing.
