§ 26-39. Retention of expert assistance.

Whenever the city has any questions regarding the structural engineering or radio frequency engineering aspects of a proposed facility, the city may require the applicant to provide a certification of such aspects of the proposed facility by a qualified, independent licensed engineer. The entire cost of any such certification shall be borne by the applicant. The failure or refusal of an applicant to provide or pay for such certification may result in the denial of the application.
