§ 4-31. Prohibited conduct.

It shall be unlawful for a permittee or an employee of the business to:
(1)

Permit any gambling or game of chance in the place designated by the permit.

(2)

Allow the premises to become disorderly;

(3)

Allow persons in the establishment to violate any laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages;

(4)

Allow any controlled substance to be sold or kept or consumed on the premises.

(5)

Knowingly employ in the operation of the pool hall any person who has been convicted of a felony.
