§ 4-32. Presence of minors.

No person under eighteen (18) years of age shall enter any pool hall, nor shall any person under eighteen (18) years of age be permitted to play the game of pool, unless the following conditions are established and maintained:
(1)

That the premises is not licensed to sell beer and wine:

(2)

That the permittee shall be responsible for providing competent supervision at all times and shall be required to ensure that the provisions of this article are strictly complied with;

(3)

That each permittee shall post a copy of this section at a conspicuous location within the premises.
