§ 7-62. Inspection fee.

(a)

No application for a permit required by the provisions of this article shall be complete until the inspection fee required under this section has been paid.

(b)

An application for a permit to move, demolish or raze a building or structure of any size shall be accompanied by a flat fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).

(c)

If an application for a permit to move, demolish or raze a building or structure is rejected by the city manager or his designee and the permit is denied, the fee paid under this section shall be returned to the applicant or his legal representative.
